LocusOne
LocusOne is a robust, scalable, and efficient robotics solution designed to significantly enhance productivity in a warehouse fulfillment operation by working in tandem with workers. Along with our innovative, fully autonomous, mobile robots together with the powerful navigation and optimization software necessary for operation of LocusOne, Locus provides a robust set of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) that integrate LocusOne with existing warehouse software systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
LocusOne API
The LocusOne API implements a message-based architecture that allows for asynchronous operation of the LocusOne API alongside other warehouse operations applications. The LocusOne API can integrate with a wide variety of external systems, including warehouse management systems, order management systems, ERPs and others.
Overview – “Light” WMS Integration
LocusOne requires a “light” integration with the WMS, with inventory continuing to be the domain of the WMS. The LocusOne API receives order “jobs” or “tasks” from the WMS and dispatches them to be processed. Upon execution of those jobs/tasks, LocusOne API will message back results to the WMS.

Asynchronous Events
Messages are sent in real-time and in sequence, but Locus doesn’t depend on the successful transmission of the job results prior to allowing LocusBots from continuing to the next task. Work will be pooled sorted within Locus and then actioned.
